It’s awesome to see that you’re making this lifestyle change for yourself. While living in San Francisco I used to go to this amazing vegan restaurant called Cafe Gratitude(Harrison Street @20th Street). It has awesome food and the tiramisu is glorious! You definitely should check it out
way to go! love what you said about veganism being a lifestyle that isnt gonna change and not a “diet.” glad your family and the team is supportive.
Its hard enough sometimes finding vego pro cyclists let alone vegan ones! This year the first vegan cyclist to win Tour of California!??
Long time fan. Long time veg. This just made my Christmas holiday (yeah, it didn’t take much). Rockin’!

I am so excited that our favorite cyclist is also a vegan like we are. My 8 and 5 year olds love cycling and you are always a favorite or theirs portray when we are out on our bikes. We were so excited to find out about your vegan diet since our family is vegan and very healthy. The kids are athletes already and have endless energy and crush on bike, foot and on skis. So glad they have an awesome pro to look up to. I blog about our diet and activity.
